Your household papers,
walked through room by room.
Domestica works alongside you to sort, label and map the documents collected in your home — at whatever pace your household can keep. Nothing is read for meaning, nothing is discarded without your word. You end with a clear picture of what you have and where it lives.

What is inside — and what is not
What Domestica does
- Sorts and groups papers in your home, room by room
- Creates labelled folder sets and written inventories
- Builds a digital index on storage you own
- Draws a household document map you can hand to anyone
- Notes open questions for a qualified professional, in writing
- Provides general information about common document types
What Domestica does not do
- We do not offer regulated professional advice of any kind
- We do not interpret the contents of documents for legal meaning
- We do not act on your behalf in any regulated matter
- We do not promise specific outcomes from having organised records
For anything that requires professional advice — estate planning, property matters, tax — please consult a qualified practitioner. We are glad to help you prepare a well-organised folder before that meeting.
Three ways to work together

- Household document map + orientation note

Full Plan Archive Programme

- Up to 18 sessions across 16 weeks
- Indexed archive, labelled physical set
- Orientation document + open-questions register
- 3 household walkthroughs + annual review calendar
RM 4,680
EnquireWhy a deliberate room-by-room approach
Unhurried pace
Sessions are short and spaced to fit a working household. There is no expectation to do everything at once, and stopping partway is entirely reasonable.
Nothing leaves the home
Papers are sorted where they sit. The digital index lives on storage you choose and own. Domestica holds no copies of your documents after the session.
A map, not a mystery
You finish each programme knowing exactly where each category of record lives — in the drawer, in the folder, in the file. The map is written for a reader who was not there.
Your decisions, your papers
Nothing is discarded, renamed or reorganised without your approval. The coordinator makes suggestions; you decide what happens.
Clear preparation for professionals
Arriving at a lawyer or accountant with an organised, indexed set of records saves time and reduces fees. The open-questions register makes that conversation specific.
Useful whether or not you continue
The One-Room Walkthrough produces a folder plan you can apply to every other room yourself. Households that stop after one session still leave with a working system.
Questions asked before the first session
Do I need to prepare anything before the coordinator arrives?
Nothing at all. The session starts with whatever is in the room. The coordinator brings folder sets, labels, and an inventory template. The only request is that you are present throughout so that every decision about what to keep or discard can be yours.
What happens if the room takes longer than the session allows?
For the One-Room Walkthrough, the session covers what can be covered in two hours. You receive a gap list showing what remains, and a folder plan you can use independently. For the programme options, sessions are spaced so that there is time between visits to let you absorb what was done and raise questions by email.
Can Domestica help with documents written in Bahasa Malaysia or Chinese?
The administrative work — sorting, labelling, indexing — does not depend on reading for meaning, so the language of the document does not usually affect the process. The coordinator can label folders in Bahasa Malaysia, English or Chinese characters at your preference. If a document requires interpretation, that is a matter for a qualified professional, and we will note it in the open-questions register.
How does the digital index work, and who can access it?
The index is a structured spreadsheet or folder tree built on a storage device or cloud drive that belongs to you. Domestica sets up the naming convention, populates it during sessions, and transfers access entirely to your household at the close of each programme. We do not retain a copy.
What if I realise during a session that I need professional advice?
The coordinator will set that question aside in the open-questions register without attempting to answer it. That list becomes a structured briefing document you can bring to a solicitor, accountant or other professional at a time of your choosing.
Is the fee per session or per programme?
Each option is priced as a flat total — RM 500 for the One-Room Walkthrough, RM 2,280 for the Guided Home Programme, and RM 4,680 for the Full Plan Archive Programme. There are no variable or add-on charges. Payment arrangements are discussed at the enquiry stage.
